Sign-Up:  Complete Registration Form found below​ to sign up and make your payment.  Please be sure to complete all the information on the registration form.


Where: Louisville High School Wrestling Room(Door #9)


Who: Louisville Youth Wrestling is open to any student 2nd- 6th grade.


Cost: $125 per wrestler for the season

Practice Days:

November- February: Experienced Practice Times

Tuesday and Thursday 6-7:30pm 

Saturdays 10:00-11:00am

*First Practice- Tuesday, November 3rd 

 

November- January: Inexperienced Practice Times

Monday and Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm

Saturdaysn11:00-12:00pm

*First Practice- Wednesday, November 4th

In consideration of accepting the membership, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damage my child may have against Louisville City Schools or their subcommittes, agents, representatives and assignees any and all injures suffered by him/her at wrestling practice, matches, or tournaments.  I have sufficient insurance to cover my child.
